The working conditions of this project were meant to mimic a typical “design office” where the faculty fulfilled the role of the “clients”, the students worked as individual designers working within a “design office” and were made responsible for a successful completion of the project

For this project, our team decided to create an Indian Sweet Shop in Khan Market with Good Earth as the existing site.

The aim was to design an Indian sweet shop in Khan Market that is an amalgamation of contemporary and traditional design elements.

Concept Sketch
By providing a concept and a space in Khan Market which does not exist yet - a space that celebrates Khan Market’s history, showcases diversity through its mixed cultural design elements and provides artisanal sweets to its crowd, the aim is to provide value to the large crowds of Khan Market and its surrounding neighborhood.
