Located in the village of Matial in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand, Devanya is an upcoming 88-acre master plan that promotes eco-conscious community living amidst idyllic Himalayan forests. The development aims to positively impact the land through responsible, regenerative, and sustainable practices.

While the project's original purpose was to construct individual luxury villas for the community, the overarching principle that guided the planning was to align everything man-made with the terrain and physical features of the ecologically-sensitive site.
